KiwiTally is a local-first application. Your data belongs to you and stays exclusively on your device. We do not store, track, or access your orchard records.

Welcome to KiwiTally, a productivity tool designed for orchard supervisors and farm managers. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information associated with your use of our mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, storage, and user rights.
2. Data Ownership & Local Storage
KiwiTally is a local-first application. All data you enter, including but not limited to:
- Worker names and details
- Orchard names, locations, and block assignments
- Tally records (bin counts, productivity logs)
- Daily work entries and job types
Is stored exclusively on your mobile device. We do not have access to your data, nor do we store it on any external servers (including our own).
3. Reporting and Exporting
The App allows you to generate PDF and Excel reports for payroll and performance tracking. These reports are generated locally on your device. Once generated, you have full control over where these files are shared (e.g., via email, WhatsApp, or cloud storage). We do not track or receive copies of any exported files.
4. Backup and Restore
KiwiTally provides a backup feature that allows you to export your entire database to a file.
- You are responsible for the security of these backup files.
- We do not host or store your backups.
- If you lose your device and have not created a manual backup, your data cannot be recovered by us.
5. Third-Party Services
KiwiTally does not use any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising services. There is no background data transmission to any third-party providers. Your privacy is absolute.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is intended for professional use in orchard management. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Given our local-only architecture, we do not have a mechanism to collect such data.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated policy will be available on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
