Install RevPDF on Linux

  1. Open the Linux download panel and select x86_64 or ARM64.
  2. Make the downloaded AppImage executable in your file manager, or run chmod +x revpdf_editor-*.AppImage.
  3. Open the AppImage and start editing. No login or license key is required. First-time OCR setup may offer a consented Tesseract language-model download.

Does PDF editing need an internet connection?

Core PDF editing and document processing run locally. On first OCR use, RevPDF may offer a consented one-time Tesseract language-model download. PDF files and recognised text are not uploaded.
